Set on the serene southern coast of Sri Lanka, the Pilates & Yoga Retreat at Talalla Retreat is a 7-day beachfront experience designed to help you reset, recharge, and reconnect. Each morning begins with energising Reformer Pilates to build strength, improve mobility, and sharpen focus. Evenings wind down with calming yoga sessions that release tension and support deep rest—creating a natural balance of effort and ease.

The retreat includes workshops in Pilates alignment, meditation, and breathwork, alongside cultural experiences such as a Sri Lankan cooking class and temple visit. Optional excursions, including a guided e-bike tour, offer gentle exploration of the surrounding landscape. Rest and recovery are integral, with access to the beachfront Bath House (sauna, steam, cold plunge, magnesium pool, and infrared therapy) and a 60-minute full-body massage included.
