Until May 2027, all yoga and Pilates retreat programmes are completely free of charge. You only pay for your accommodation. You read that right – the retreat is on us.
Your stay includes:
• All daily yoga and Pilates classes
• Bath house access (sauna, steam, chill bath)
• Three daily meals of Sri Lankan and Western cuisine
You simply pay for your accommodation and the retreat experience is our gift to you.
If you book and place your deposit by the end of April 2027, you can lock in this free retreat offer for stays in June, July, August, September and October 2027. Just secure your room with a deposit and the retreat is yours – free!
If Talalla is at full capacity when you’d like to visit, don’t worry. You simply pay $350, which covers three daily meals and full access to the retreat of your choice and its facilities. You get the full Talalla experience, guaranteed.

Paige transitioned from hospital-based physiotherapy to pursue her passion for movement as a reformer Pilates instructor. With a strong background in physiotherapy, she has a deep understanding of human anatomy and thoughtfully tailors each class to individual needs.
